Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Administrative Officer to oversee and coordinate daily office operations at our Ratnagiri office. The successful candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks, manage the reception area, support team members, and report to senior management. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle reception duties including greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and responding to inquiries.
- Support senior management and team members with administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, such as memos and announcements.
- Manage and maintain office records, files, and databases.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support during company events and activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Officer, Office Manager, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
